Tilting Glass Cutting Table

Operator is putting the glass sheet on the tilting table and then tilting the table back in horizontal position.This video was shot during the installation of CMS (Italy) glass cutting table by me in Japan. CMS spa, Italy is engaged in the manufacturing of CNC machines since 1969 and has a vast experience in this field as compared to others.

Jumbo Size RUNNER Cutting table

Recently I have installed one Jumbo size Runner Glass Cutting Table in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

FIX CUTTING TABLE WITH LOADING/UNLOADING ARMS

AGIL 3.70 is a computerized numerically controlled machine for the straight and shaped cutting of up to 25 mm thick flat glass sheets. Thinking of its customers' needs, CMS has produced a new reliable, easy to use and high performance cutting table for flat glass sheets

FEATURES:  In addition to the straight and shaped cutting of up to 25 mm thick flat glass sheets following features are also available

• Shape reading through optical reader (optional) enabled to scan templates taken from the customers;

• Low-e coating removal with a dedicated frontal or peripheral wheel (optional);

• Optional vinyl cutting to enable further acid or sand glass processing;

• Pneumatic arms for unloading / unloading aid of heavy glass sheets, in a reduced space;

• Laminated glass cutting with double-zero function (optional);

High Productivity:

• The rectified and tempered cylindrical guides with integrated gauge line,, enable higher cutting speed up to 160 m/min;

• Double motors with Gantry system on X axis provide the best accelerations and an enhanced movement fluency on different glass thicknesses;

• Automatic adjustment of cutting head height as per different glass thicknesses saves the set-up time;

•  Easy and fast changing of cutting wheel enables reduction in tool-change time ;

Quality:

• Thick single-piece steel base with wide, stable and rigid structure provides long lasting highest performance;

• Work table made up with rectified wood panels coated with carpet, assures the flatness for an optimal cut of glass sheets;

•  Numerical Control management of machine gives the best cutting results;
